I opened wide, as instructed. The dentist inspected the bank cards in my wallet and said he would work through the lot and level down to the bank card with the lowest balance, or else my wallet would not close properly.
The dentist prised open the jaws of my wallet and asked which credit card would hurt the least. He then proceeded to drill accordingly.
Just back from the dentist’s. I had my Visa extracted.
